I'm obsessed right now with a story that's been rolling around my mind for ages. About a young boy called Curious Brown. His parents have kept their past gypsy lives a secret and tried raising Curious as just a "normal" boy.
But you know how that goes!
When Curious accidently predicts something ominous and it comes true, strange folk begin to start knocking on his family door.
It's not long before his parents decide to take a trip overseas.
A long voyage. Where he meets Shorty, the cooks son and Julia, a strange, pale girl who spends her time in her cabin.
As Curious feels the sea breezes turn into strong, pre-storm gusts, he looks into the sky. The clouds hold a vision for him. And with a cold shiver, Curious realizes his life is about to change forever.
