Do you know the old movie, Bugsy Malone? It was redone in the 70's with Jody Foster and Scott Baio. It was a gangster-speak-easy movie that had all kid actors. Instead of bullets in the machine guns they used cream pies to "wipe someone out".
In the case of our play, it was all about silly string. And the kids LOVED it!
