Had a wonderful meal at The Wallace in Culver City. It serves small portions, *tapas* style plates. Which I LOVE b/c you get to try more than you'd ever get to with just ordering one dish!

My friend and (almost) ex-coworker, enticed me to this great place. Personally, I think she should have been a restaurant critic b/c she's a) a total foody and b) she's very stylish and loves to hit lots of different spots in LA and c) she's adventurous in the land of food.

Where I'm pretty boring. I need a shove sometimes to try a new spot and pick something different on the menu.

But I have to say ---- I ADORE the design of this place.

Aren't these chairs fantastic? The super thick wood tables and the iron --- LOVE!!

As for the food --- there wasn't one dish I didn't like --- it was all great. My Moscow Mule was a bit weak. And no copper mug. I can't wait to take Brian here sometime soon!!
