bun explosion

Decided to try and make homemade cinnamon rolls with the kids this week.

Everything was going pretty smoothly until the actual cooking.

I made sure to pinch the ends into the dough, but.....

The insides just melted out! Don't get me wrong --- we still glazed and they tasted great..........but I thought I'd give a few away BUT who gives away a mutant cin. bun?

So....we ate them instead. It was the right thing to do.

If anyone has some tips on how to do this the RIGHT way .....please share!
